Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada (excluding territories). We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
Who will deliver my package?
We use various third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier is selected based on your location and our operational needs.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact info@setactive.sbs.
Can I make adjustments to my order after it’s been placed?
We cannot guarantee changes, but we will try our best. Email us immediately at info@setactive.sbs for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order after it has been placed.
My order says delivered but I never received it.
First, confirm your shipping address is correct. Then check with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please email info@setactive.sbs within 15 days of the noted delivery date for assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging attached. Items with quality issues (manufacturing defects) are also eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email info@setactive.sbs to request a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please include your order number and name inside your return package.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a quality issue. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking or re-stocking fees.

How quickly will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. After processing, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What items are not eligible for return?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased from our “Sale” page.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for full-priced items within the 30-day return window. Please email info@setactive.sbs to request an exchange. Exchange items are not guaranteed to be in stock. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead.
What if I want to return only part of a set?
If you ordered a full set and wish to return only one piece, you will be responsible for the full price of the piece you keep and will be refunded the difference.
What condition must returned items be in?
We only accept items that are new and unworn. If returned items show any signs of wear or damage beyond reasonable repair, a customer service representative will contact you regarding your refund or store credit.
ORDER ISSUES
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please email info@setactive.sbs immediately. We will investigate with the carrier. Lost or stolen packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@setactive.sbs with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Email info@setactive.sbs as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and you will need to initiate a return.
