Shipping Policy

1. Geographic Coverage
Orders can be delivered to valid postal addresses within the 50 United States and Canada (excluding PO boxes in certain remote areas). No international destinations outside these two countries are supported.

2. Order Processing
All orders undergo a processing phase before shipment. Processing begins after payment confirmation and typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays observed in Massachusetts, United States.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Once the order has left our facility, the estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days to most addresses in the US and Canada. Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees
We do not charge any shipping fee for standard delivery. Free shipping applies automatically to all orders, regardless of order value.

5. Carrier Assignment
No single carrier is guaranteed for every order. The carrier is assigned dynamically based on destination, package weight, and available capacity. Common carriers used include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post.

6. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is handed over to the carrier. You may track the package directly on the carrier’s website using this number.

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, first verify the shipping address and check with household members or neighbors. Contact us within 10 calendar days from the delivery date at info@setactive.sbs. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
