Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). No other currencies are supported.
Payment Timing
Your payment method will be charged immediately after you confirm the order and before the order enters processing.
Payment Confirmation
A payment confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour, check your spam folder or contact info@setactive.sbs.
Failed or Declined Transactions
If a payment is declined, the order will not proceed. You will see an error message at checkout. Contact your bank or card issuer before attempting to pay again.
Secure Processing
All payment details are transmitted directly to the payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
