Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Not worn, not washed, not altered
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or visible use
  • Original tags and packaging (including poly bags) must be present
  • Items returned due to manufacturing defects are also eligible

3. Return Shipping Cost
We provide free return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you when your return request is approved. Do not ship items back using your own label unless instructed.

4. Restocking Fee
No restocking or administrative fee applies to any return.

5. Non‑returnable Categories
Products explicitly marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Return Process

  • Step 1 – Send a return request to info@setactive.sbs, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  • Step 2 – Receive a prepaid return shipping label (usually within 1 business day)
  • Step 3 – Pack the item(s) securely with original packaging and attach the label
  • Step 4 – Drop off the package at any authorized drop-off location of the carrier shown on the label
  • Step 5 – Keep the drop‑off receipt for your reference

8. Refund Processing Time
After the returned package is delivered to the above address, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days.

9. Refund Appearance Time
Once the refund is processed by us, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment account (depending on your bank or card issuer).

10. Partial Returns
Returning only part of a multi‑item order does not affect the refund processing of the returned items. Shipping fees are non‑refundable in any partial return scenario.
