Shipping Questions
Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: Processing takes 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes an additional 4–7 business days within the US and Canada.
Q: Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
A: No. Shipping is limited to the 50 United States and Canada (excluding territories).
Q: Who delivers the package?
A: The carrier is assigned per order. Different orders may use different carriers based on destination and package characteristics.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes. All orders ship for free with no minimum purchase requirement.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: Contact info@setactive.sbs within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Return & Refund Questions
Q: How many days do I have to return an item?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to start a return.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
Q: How long until I get my refund?
A: After we receive the return, refund processing takes 1–2 business days. Your bank may take an additional 7–10 business days to show the credit.
Q: Can I return sale items?
A: No. Items marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” are not returnable.
Order & Payment Questions
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Q: When is my card charged?
A: Immediately after you click the final order confirmation button.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Email info@setactive.sbs as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we may cancel or modify it. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
